For blast cleaning

Our stainless steel shot product, CHRONITAL^®, is an austenitic HIGH QUALITY
cast stainless steel shot used for cleaning, deburring, descaling and surface finishing of a wide variety of aluminum and other non-ferrous alloy castings, molds and fabrications.

CHRONITAL^® offers a very attractive alternative to a number of different shot blast media such  as stainless steel cut wire shot, aluminum shot, zinc shot, glass beads and ceramic beads.

The aggressive media

Our stainless steel grit product, GRITTAL^®, is a martensitic
HIGH QUALITY cast stainless steel grit used for surface preparation prior to coating, surface finishing, oxide layer removal, natural stone finishing and investment casting finishing.

GRITTAL^® is a very aggressive media with a hardness of approx. 62 HRC, and is a proven alternative to aluminum oxide, garnet and other mineral abrasives.

For High-Performance

CHRONITAL^® and GRITTAL^® can both be applied in conventional centrifugal wheel blast machines as well as in air blast systems.  In suction air blast systems, which are primarily used for non-metallic blast media, usage is generally limited to small  sizes (No. 20 or smaller).

Manufactured to high standards

We offer carbon and stainless steel shot peening media as well as zinc and aluminum.
These products are manufactured to most international military, automotive and aerospace standards.  The media shapes include as cut (CW), double conditioned (DCCW), and spherical (SCCW), all available in a range of sizes and hardness.
